The area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene is located only 50 km from Venice and the Dolomites and extends in a hilly area where man dedicates himself to viticulture since centuries, creating a landscape so fascinating that it has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG comes from precise rules that guarantee its uniqueness and authenticity, each bottle is distinguished by the golden state band, which reports a number that makes it unique and traceable, together with the name and logo of the denomination.Perlage offers its consumers the guarantee of a certified organic wine, genuine, with a good quality-price ratio and in accordance to the predetermined quality achievementsIn the range of the Prosecco DOCG we also have the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The hills of Asolo have always been the scene of important historical, artistic and enogastronomic events.The Prosecco DOC production area is much larger than the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, it includes 5 provinces in Veneto and 4 in Friuli Venezia Giulia.The Glera grapes used to produce our organic and vegan Prosecco come mainly from the province of Treviso, in the verdant Veneto valley.With its fresh and lively flavours, Prosecco DOC is the wine symbol of the aperitif par excellence, sweetish and easy to drink, it expresses the unmistakable Made in Italy lifestyle. Thanks to its versatility, it is also excellent as a wine for the whole meal. Perlage guarantees traceable, certified organic and vegan products.Sgajo Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry and Zharpi Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut are the first organic wines to be vegan-certified.Due to our passion for bubbles we decided to create a special selection of organic sparkling wines: unique, pleasant and easy to drink.Perlage has studied a customized organic wines selection according to each consumer type: as the Spumanti Cuvee.Research and innovation brought to the creation of Perlapp Spumante Extra Dry white and rose: a great combination of elegance and captivating packaging for an eco-friendly product, which is a right choice for an aperitif. In the same way "Ottantacinque", an elegant and easy wine, which suits perfectly with a stylish dinner table. Our still white wines aim to convey the aromas and flavours of unique territories, from the marvellous Veneto and Friuli valley to the lands of central Italy.In the Perlage selection stands out an elegant Pinot Grigio, whose homonymous vine-variety is precious, stingy in production, but prodigal for its intense organoleptic characteristics. Another still white wine is Borgo Faveri Bianco that is round and enveloping on the palate.The soil of the province of Treviso and Venice gives our Cabernet and Merlot unique favours, making them sweet and pleasantly tannic, perfect for food pairing.Perlage can boast among its selection of organic red and rose wines also a Primitivo, a Marche Sangiovese and a Demeter-certified wine (Borgo Faveri red), whose grapes come from the regions of central Italy.
